Ndola Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has been in existence for over 50 years. It is run by a very small group of volunteers. 5 people are employed at the kennels. Peter and Dorious feed and clean the kennels and keep the grounds in order. Beatrice cooks all the pet food. Mubita is on duty at night to make sure all is well. Florence keeps it all together. We offer shelter for abandoned and stray animals. We also provide boarding facilities for security animals and people going out of town. We advocate neutering of all pets to prevent unwanted and abandoned offspring. We promote humane treatment of all animals.
